What moves the price
The implant system
This is the biggest single variable. Established brands with decades of published survival data and a guaranteed global supply of matching components cost more than budget systems. The reason to care is not prestige: if a component fails in eight years, you need a compatible abutment to still exist and be available in India.
Crown material
Metal-ceramic is cheaper and reliable but shows a dark line as gums recede. Zirconia costs more, looks better and does not have that problem. On a back tooth the difference is mostly cosmetic; on a front tooth it is not.
Bone volume

Ask for the brand name and the batch label. You are entitled to know what is being placed in your jaw, and you will need it if a component ever has to be matched.
